What is it?  EHPLABS OXYSHRED is a thermogenic fat burning product designed to accelerate the fat burning process and increase energy levels before exercise.  

 Who Should take it?  Anybody wanting to reduce body-fat levels quickly in conjunction with a healthy nutrition and exercise program. Oxyshred is most popular with women or anyone who is new to fat-burning products. 

 What does it do? EHPLABS OXYSHRED contains ingredients that help the body release and process stored body fat for energy. 
Chlorogenic acid is the active compound in Green Coffee Bean Extract which has been recently proven to work in the intestinal tract to inhibit the absorption of calories in the stomach lining. Green Coffee Bean Extract also works along multiple pathways to reduce body fat and blood glucose levels.
Acetyl L-Carnitine promotes the transportation of free fatty acids into the mitochondria, where they are burned off as energy. This ultimately means more fat and less carbohydrates and protein, will be burned off as energy.
Oxyshred uses a combination of stimulants to encourage the body to release fat to use as energy, including Higenamine, Octopamine, Raspberry Ketones and Caffeine. Grapefruit Extract is also included to extend the activity of the stimulants without having to have the dosage too high.
One often neglected aspect of any successful fat burning program is to keep thyroid function at healthy (optimal) levels. Oxyshred uses a combination of time tested ingredients such as Coleus Forskohli and Oleurpoein to insure Thyroid function and metabolism stay at effective fat burning levels.
Piperine (Black pepper extract) has a mild fat-burning effects, but mainly, piperine is used to enhance nutrient absorption and delivery.

 How do I take it?   During fasted cardio or high intensity interval training (HIIT), we also recommend stacking 1 scoop of OxyShred with 1 scoop of Beyond BCAA in 20 ounces (600 ml) of water to give you an energy boost and improve recovery.
When using OxyShred as a pre-workout take one scoop with 300ml of water approx. 20 minutes before you train. More seasoned trainers may need to take an extra scoop.
